Summary 09085: bbakraid, and clones: [possible] Tiny Stutter in Level transitions
Description Tiny stutter between levels occurs when moving on to the next stage (and the launch sequence).
Steps To Reproduce Coin up & Select your Ship
During the launch sequence (Plane taking off) Hold down a direction
You should notice a freeze during the level transition (when the screen fades to black/loading the next level)
Additional Information Maybe a Real Hardware quirk or regression from the Toaplan 2 driver split?

It stutters in 0.272 too, just for a much shorter duration.
Anyway, CPU freqs are the same, screen freq is the same. And it doesn't have the encrypted NEC CPU, so if it's an unintended regression (not caused by a bugfix), it's none of those at least.

I don't see it happen on PCB videos.

This brings it back to how it was in 0.272, but as I said, it still does a brief stutter. It's easy to see from PCB videos that the longer stutter does not happen there. But the shorter one, I don't know.

this was definitely unintentional, I didn't mean to change the logic of that function at all (dogyuun is very sensitive to it)
