Summary	08407: psa, pse, psj, psu: PlayStation Game Booster no longer functions
Description	The PlayStation Game Booster parallel port peripheral should boot to a Game Boy emulator. It now just boots to a black screen.
Steps To Reproduce	Try running any Game Boy cartridge using the Game Booster, for example `mame psu -parallel gamebooster -cart tetris`
