Description |
During the Mortal Kombat demo mode, after the first computer fight, the "Order Your Mortal Kombat Collector's Edition Comic Book" page is not showed correctly (this is correct in the midyunit.c version of the game) Updated by RansAckeR in 0.106u2: -up until 0.74u2 the selftest is displayed on startup of the machine and the advertising shows correctly. -from 0.75 till 0.77 the selftest is still shown but the advertising page is empty. -since 0.78 the selftest is skipped and advertising page is empty. Follow-up by Fujix in 0.114u1:mk and mkr4 (T-Unit) are correct. mkla3 and mkla4 (Y-Unit) have the empty screen. |

I just tested all the 4 sets mentioned in the bug here with 0.130u4 (mk, mkr4m mkla3, mkla4) and they all showed the comic book offer after the first computer VS fight. I don't see a problem. If you are not seeing it, you either have it shut off in the dip switch menu or your NVRAM might be corrupt. Delete your .NV and .CFG files and try again. |

Yea, when I try it now it seems ok. I don't know why it was occuring - I had seen it quite a few times. Oh well - thanks for checking it out :) |
