Summary	08297: sunaq: MAME crashes when answering the quiz.
Description	When answering the quiz, MAME crashes with the message below. "Fatal error: memory_bank::set_entry called with out-of-range entry 5" Also, Sound effects and voices are not output normally. (wrong start time?) It seems to work fine with older versions of MAME (< 0.16x?).
Steps To Reproduce	1. Start the game 2. Answer the first question. (Press any button 1~4)
