No.03928 robiza Developer Mar 9, 2009, 10:00 edited on: Mar 15, 2009, 06:22	wc90b_scroll1y and wc90b_scroll2y are 8 bit register for vertical scroll: if the playfiels is present: 0xff = -1; when the playfield is not present: 0xff = 256; probably there's a bit for negative values
