Summary	08200: r2dtank: Graphics corruption after restart or reset.
Description	After exiting game and restarting a new game or resetting game during play, the next game will play with lines left behind by the tanks. Also a blurb of graphics in the lower right corner of the title screen will be present at start. Deleting the "r2dtank.hi" file in the hiscore folder will allow the game to play normal again.
Steps To Reproduce	Load and run game. Exit game or reset. Load or play game again. Delete r2dtank.hi to restore game to normal.
