I boot the game and as the demonstration starts, I hit F2 and it goes through the process to show me the diagnostics .. then "Carnevil Main Menu" for the Test Mode. You may have a mis-mapped input or something else is awry. Test in new folder where MAME is freshly installed. I only tested 64-bit and that is the only officially produced binary for Windows.
No.19470 cuavas Administrator Nov 23, 2021, 01:41	I haven’t tested this, but I’m editing the report, because it makes no sense as-is: there are no official 32-bit binaries, incorrectly mapped inputs are not an emulation issue, incorrectly mapped service/test inputs are a minor issue at worst. All that aside, I expect this is the result of misconfiguration or a modified unofficial build.
