Summary	08076: rjammer: Broken sound test
Description	When in service mode, the up and down arrows control the "SOUND TEST" selection. However, no sounds are generated. Furthermore, clearing the "Service Mode" DSW without resetting the machine will enter normal operation but with no sound.
Steps To Reproduce	Set the "Service Mode" DIP switch to On and reset.
