Enter service mode Go into I/O CHECK Press P1 Down and the Brake will activate (0 to 1) Holding P1 Up will shift into HIGH Gear but letting go will go back to LOW |

As far back as I can test with the current machine romset, this behavior is the same. The fact there is a joystick even mapped tells you all you need to know that the machine emulation has not worked to the point where there was a care to do so. I would assume for development it is easier to keep on joystick movements various functions (brakes/gear changes). Given the fact this isn't a regression and as per rules, no reports on not working machines unless HEAVY regressions, this is going to be closed but left in the system so it will still come up in a search in case there is someone rounding up issues with the driver when worked on in the future. |
