This happens on real hardware. Neo Geo is full of these types of bugs, especially the earlier releases. |

That makes sense to my assumption here. The original Youtube video posted bu OP wasn't uploaded to Youtube at 60FPS (top playback is 480p) and likely doesn't show the one frame which has that residual graphics showing. This one posted by Fungi66 has 1080p HD upload which which AFAIK is 60FPS so therefore shows this "glitch". |
