Description | This piece of software is a cart2disk hack actually. You'll make sure of it when you will see the startup screen (snapshot is attached below). Pay the special attention to "Conversion de Martos" string. | ||||

That screen depends on the MSX2 system you use. It might require more memory to at least load correctly. It works for me depending on MSX2 system: > mame canonv30 msx2_flop:dslayer4 shows what you posted and doesn't load > mame hbf700p msx2_flop:dslayer4 shows what I posted and does load. |

As far as the release date, I believe things like this in the past have reverted to the original release dates - especially since this is admittedly a "cart2disk" hack. Unless it was an official release from the publisher, the date is largely irrelevant. |

Yes, the first image should be working on a Japanese MSX system, the character refers to this char "「” and it's 0xA2. Those Japanese chars are replaced with accented alphabets in the international MSX. https://www.msx.org/wiki/MSX_Characters_and_Control_Codes#International_codes |

I don't see an issue then? The software operates as expected on the proper machine and the date is accurately represented based on the original release date of the game. Closing. |
