Summary	07825: spectrum: File Manager freezes MAME if a cassette is already loaded
Description	If the emulated Spectrum has something loaded in the "cass" slot and you try to load something else through the File Manager, MAME freezes.
Steps To Reproduce	Load the Spectrum core and go to: -File Manager -cassette (cass) -[software list] -Sinclair ZX Spectrum cassettes -(select a cassette to load) -cassette (cass) -[file manager] MAME will freeze before showing the file manager.
Additional Information	Doesn't happen in other related systems such as inves or spec128.

No.18281 Tafoid Administrator Dec 20, 2020, 23:18	I can't seem to get any cassette selection via internal menu to crash the UI (or make it freeze) using "spectrum" machine. Can you make sure there isn't some .cfg or .ini setting that may be interfering or, if you can, install a fresh 0.226 and see if the same thing happens? Anyone else have it happen?
