Summary	07820: wingwar360: Throttle (Pedal 1) doesn't work at all.
Description	Tested with the Parent and the US and Japan Clones. Only in the R360 clone, the Throttle doesn't work. I am pretty sure that since it's state of Working, the Throttle never worked with it, i've tried that in different versions in the past (But not all of them since it's state of Working) and the problem its still present.
