Summary	07708: wwallyj, lghost, and clones: controls do not work
Description	Trackball inputs in Where's Wally, and gun inputs in Laser Ghost, are stuck at the top right and completely unresponsive.

Additional Information	Unrelated to 07685, though that issue also affects Wally. Works fine in 0.221
