Summary	00770: landmakr, elvactr, dariusg (games with watchdog?): Some games in taito_f3.c driver don't work without .nv file.
Description	Without .nv file, some F3 games like landmakr and elvactr don't run in u8, displaying an "EEP-ROM ERROR" screen. They run only if mame is restarted. Some others like dariusg don't run initially but they do if reset is pressed. There are some other games though that don't appear to have any problems, like arabianm.
