Could you record the stage 1.3 (Pittsburgh) and 4.2 (Denver)? According to this video 1.3 is correct: But I'm afraid Denver is wrong since you can see clouds but no snow.
No.17468 StHiryu Tester Mar 8, 2020, 00:42 edited on: Mar 8, 2020, 01:18	Just did a little testing, it's a BTANB: -The rom used for my snaps and video is the parent toutrun (outrun upgrade kit). -The pcb you play in the video seems to be the cockpit model (toutrun2). In Turbo Out Run (cockpit) (FD1094 317-0106) , the order of the music is different and the snow and sand effects (Pittsburgh and Atlanta) are visible in all the stage. Maybe for the upgrade model the developers considered the visibility could harm the playability, and decided to attenuate those effects. Attached a save state for the toutrun2 rom.
