No.. No.. No. As just explained in another recently reported bug - NeoGeo graphic issues like this are original hardware issues. https://mametesters.org/view.php?id=7545 Use Video Options to crop or stretch the screen so they do not show anymore. Familiarize yourself with the site help (upper right side of screen) - Rules and Guidelines and other topics. You posting this and me having to explain it over and over wastes everyone's time.
