Summary	07302: tokyowar: Pedal Inputs Not Recognized
Description	The pedal inputs do not respond. They worked in 0.208 and earlier.
Steps To Reproduce	Map your pedals and play. The tank will move on it's own but not respond to the inputs. This includes the test menu where the pedal is needed. Digital and Analog are both not working.
