I"m trying to trace and I cannot find a self-made memory card (I tried 170,180,200,206,206,207,208) that doesn't copy more than 10 elements (using copy all) Can you describe exactly WHEN your memcards were made? The way I tested it was to start at 0.170, created a card and copied your psx and psx2 cards to that one, making a total of 11 entries. Then, I tried some versions listed above, creating a new card in that version, and then used COPY ALL to copy all 11 entries to that new card. In all instances, I did not get a failure - using PSU. Perhaps the memcard issue was a single version issue. I tested yours you provided in 0.208 and they indeed didn't copy more than 10 entries, so I'm not sure what the issues is. I just can't duplicate locally with my own card images. |

I actually created both memory cards in 0.204 via the file manager (psx2.mc1 is actually a derived copy of psx.mc1 with manual erases). The fun part is that I've created another one by using 0.204 and actually managed to copy more than 10 blocks, which means that the linked cards got corrupted somehow or whatever I've used as first game after creating it has faulty formatting routine. |
