Summary	07029: finehour: Can't add credits on continue
Description	The only play to continue is to put it on infinite credit using cheats. You can initially add credits, but not on the continue screen. Just ignores input, it looks like.
Steps To Reproduce	1. Add a credit. 2. Start your game. 3. Die. 4. Try to add credits while on the continue screen
