Summary 06971: 1945kiiio, 1945kiiin, 1945kiii: Enemy damage flashes missing
Description On the PCB for this game enemies flash red when shot, seems to be missing from emulation. Applies to normal enemies as well as damage areas on bosses and other large enemies.

Tried back to MAME 0.82 (when 1945kiii was added) and no red flashing when damaging enemies.

The sprites flash now, but not red (because that's not how the palette is arranged).
