Summary	06679: blktigerb3: [possible] Severe performance drop during gameplay
Description	In Black Tiger (blktigerb3) there are severe performance drops during gameplay. It didn't happen in my previows Windows 7 Ultimate and with previous MAME versions. But after formatting my desktop and installing Windows 10 Professional 64bit, I'm having performance issues, especially in this game. It stars happening after you play for a while (level 2 forward) and it starts dropping frames randomly. I will mark this bug as 'possible' because it could happen because of my machine specs/Windows 10 settings. Someone else need to try it out and see if it happens in other machines.
Steps To Reproduce	Play the first 3 or 4 levels of the game.

No.14171 Tafoid Administrator Sep 5, 2017, 21:30	I'd test the previous version on the new machine in a freshly installed MAME folder. Does the issue happen after a certain length of time? Does it happen is if you simply let the demonstration run for a while? Try running the game (or other game) without throttle and if you see slowdown, exit the emulation and get a rough estimate as to when it starts to happen in emulated seconds.
