Summary	06669: mame is not saving changes in GUI configs to mame.ini
Description	Only seems to effect OS X 10.12 When navigating the menus and choosing "Configure Options" and changing any option, and then initiating a "Save Configuration", the changes are not saved after a exit/restart.
Steps To Reproduce	Only seems to effect mame on OS X 10.12, I can edit/save changes on my build OS X 10.9 system without issue Run ./mame64, go to "Configure Options", change any setting, save changes, and exit mame. Restart mame, and note changes were not saved.
Additional Information	Another bit to note is the "Configure Machine" > "Video Options" menu causes a segmentation fault on OS X10.12, yet works fine on OS X10.9.
