Summary	00649: ladybug: Cannot use joystick to enter P2's initials (no P2 mapped)
Description	When you play a two player game, both players have to alternate using the P1 joystick. This is the correct behavior as the original machine only had one stick. However, when your game is over and it's time for player two to enter their name for a high score, they cannot use the P1 joystick. They have to use the P2 joystick.
