Summary	00059: commsega, locomotn, tactcian: They exhibit a problem with screen area.
Description	Some of rallyx.c games (commsega, locomotn, tactcian) exhibit a problem with screen area. In the case of commsega and locomotn, it appears the bottom of the screen is not seen (I believe 32 lines). tactcian appears to have the standard 224w x 288h resolution, but it appears it is offset incorrectly (the top area of screen with scores appears on the bottom)

No.00293 nicolasa Developer Mar 20, 2008, 18:04	locomotn and commsega are now fixed. tactcian is correct as it is. This has been verified with a screenshot of the real game.
