Summary 05577: mjanbari: DIP Settings resolved
Description Prepared a text file (uploaded) to help developers.
DIPSW Manual also supplied.

Although manual says DIPSW.A, sw7, 8 is unused, on MAME these are correctly defined as some test modes.

Also notice this games DIPSW settings are somewhat different then "janbari".
