Summary | 05063: shinobi, aliensyn2, quartet: Missing speech in sega16a games | ||||
Description |
I have tested several games in segas16a.c (eg. alien syndrome (set aliensyn2), shinobi, quartet). they are all missing speech, and some audio clicking/glitching can sometimes be heard (often very loudly). some examples: alien syndrome: after inserting a coin, starting a game, and then selecting a player, instead of hearing the speech: "ROUND ONE", you instead hear loud clicking sounds. other speech in the game is also missing (audio clicks/glitches can often be heard instead, such as when a player loses a life, or at the GAME OVER screen). shinobi: speech is now completely missing. you no longer hear the 'MISSION ONE' speech at the start of the game, and you no longer hear the ninja's speech sounds when he jumps in the air or punches enemies who are close to him. quartet: after inserting a coin, starting a game, and then selecting a player, you no longer hear the speech "DESTROY THE BOSS.." other speech in the game is also missing. |

What I need in affected sets are specific setnames to test. Fixed report up some and noted same regression as 05062 |
