When picture is not flipped line is also visible in some games in tumblep.cpp and supbtime.cpp. Note that sprites actually are drawn in this line. Only background graphics is shifted.

IIRC I did wonder if it might be an original game bug, the tilemap appeared to need a 1 pixel shift that nothing else using the same set of chips does.

was a long time since I looked at this tho.

Fixed in mame 0.204
- 0.204: Restored tilemap offset to Tumble Pop and China Town that were lost when driver was merged with supbtime (verified with hardware videos) [David Haywood].
