Description	Flip Screen with Upright Cab only flips when credit is issued. Presumably, Flip Screen ON should boot the screen upside down but it does not. Cocktail with Flip Screen Boots as expected and changes when P1 and P2 change. This might be an original bug in software so I'm labeled as possible until someone can confirm on a real board
