Summary	04928: spacedem: Missing starfield scroll and in-game blackground change
Description	The starfield should scroll in-game and does not ~~and should be disabled (black background) at the highscore screen.~~ The background changing to dark blue in-game could be related to this? It doesn't do that on the pcb. reference video: ~~youtube.com/watch?v=_prj6Qtmw2Y~~ It is important to note that in Space Firebird, the starfield doesn't scroll but is simply stationary and 'twinkles' during gameplay.
