Description	this is likely to affect more drivers, but picking upscope as an example static INPUT_PORTS_START( upscope ) PORT_START("POT1DAT") PORT_BIT( 0xff, 0x80, IPT_PADDLE) PORT_SENSITIVITY(25) PORT_MINMAX(0x02,0xfe) PORT_KEYDELTA(5) PORT_CENTERDELTA(0) PORT_REVERSE if you look in the ANALOG CONTROLS menu you'll see that Paddle Digital speed gets set to 0, instead of 5. Basically it's getting set to whatever PORT_CENTERDELTA is in the source, rather than KEYDELTA.
