Summary	04309: Video Options (brightness, screen stretching etc.) could help to have default parameters in drivers
Description	Like default nvrams, sometimes the user should change by hand various parameters if he cares, for example in cps1.c and neogeo.c games. This apparently advanced feature also gives invalid bug reports here from time to time.
