I'm finding no crash in any game in any of the drivers you list.
I'd suspect bad .NV files or a poor compile or hardware issues with your controllers. Your screenshot of the command line doesn't indicate you are using any official release - as a download from MAMEDEV of 0.140 would display routine and trace information if you crashed.

Damnit i have posted same like a noob ,
i have forget to try delete old nvram files
its work like a charm now , you can delete
my post now , sorry for this ^^

If you are using MAMEDEV downloaded binary, make sure you have "mame.map" in the same folder. This will allow you to have a more informative crash when it happens.
