Description	When doing the disk check, the throughput seems locked at 3999KB/sec...which is slow compared to the real thing. The real one goes around 6500KB/sec. *Update from Luigi30 in 0.104u2:* I just did the disk test on area51, the throughput hit 4061kb/s when starting, before dropping to 3999 and staying there for the rest of the test.
