Summary	03937: Using CTRL-C to end MAME no longer works reliably
Description	When using a command prompt, historically you've been able to end mame by hitting CTRL-C at the command prompt window. Currently, when you do this, the MAME window disappears but the application refuses to leave and requires manual killing (Task Manager) to free up the window.
Steps To Reproduce
Additional Information	I noticed the first time I was reliably able to reproduce this was version 0.136u2. Unless I get some confirmation from other users having then problem, I'll leave regression version blank.
