Summary	03888: mstadium: Third button mapping missing.
Description	Main Stadium (Japan, clone of "Bottom of the Ninth") uses 3-button, (1st:Hitting/Pitching, 2nd:Bunt, 3rd;Steal/Pinch hitter/Relief) but MAME doesn't assign Button-3. The bottom9 and clones only have a 2-button arrangement, as shown by the self-test and on-screen instruction during demonstration.
