Summary	03598: plotting, flipull: YM2203 speed adjustment
Description	Very minor speed adjustment needed. There's only one crystal on this board, running at 13.33056 MHz. MAME currently has the YM2203 running at 3.33 MHz. Should be 13330560 Hz / 4 = 3332640 Hz. Reference at Stefan Lindberg's site: http://arcade.ym2149.com/pcb/taito.html
