Summary 03582: Various: [debug] Clipping when loading state with -autosave
Description When you load a state with -autosave you will get clipping.

Run MAME like this:
mame -str 2 -autosave mario

The first time it's okay:
Speaker "mono" - max = 46689 (gain *= 0.701814) - 0% samples clipped

But the second time (it will just exit):
Speaker "mono" - max = 46929 (gain *= 0.698225) - 80% samples clipped

It's just a problem with the drivers listed (not all sets of them) and it's recent.

 There are also a few other drivers affected and looking at the chips they share it's either "Discrete" or "DAC".
