Summary	03474: wilytowr: Background music is very low.
Description	In MAME 0.129u5 you can hear the background music in Wily Tower, but in 0.129u6 it is very low. Also the music and sound effect sounds different to 0.129u5. Perhaps the channels of the 2x AY-3-8910 are in a wrong order.

No.05030 etabeta Developer Oct 14, 2009, 07:23	I'm not sure this is a bug. in 129u6 MAME has been converted to use real volume measurements for the ay8910 (see ay8910_param in ay8910.c) and it's probably the reason of this change. probably couriersud (which was the dev who changed these, iirc) would know better, but the real question is how would it sound on a real pcb

No.06148 hap Developer May 20, 2010, 00:42	It became low volume in u6 due to disabling "zero_is_off" in ay8910.c, which if I understand it correctly, is a correct change. I'll modify wilytowr default ay volume to make it sound closer to the PCB recording.
