Summary | 02302: mmancp2u, megaman2, mpang, pzloop2, dimahoo, progear: Known issues of inputs. | ||||
Description |
1) 'mmancp2u' - BUTTON3 doesn't physically exist on the machine and has no effect ingame. 2) 'megaman2' - BUTTON3 doesn't physically exist on the machine and has no effect ingame. 3) 'mpang' - BUTTON2 doesn't physically exist on the machine and can't be seen in the "test mode". However, if you map it where it should be, it has the same effect as BUTTON1. 4) 'pzloop2' - Whatever your settings are, the paddle can't be tested in the "test mode" ! I can't tell at the moment if it's an emulation or an ingame bug :( 5) 'dimahoo' - BUTTON3 doesn't physically exist on the machine. However, it acts like a rapid fire (keep button pressed). 6) 'progear' - BUTTON3 acts like a rapid fire (keep button pressed). It has to be enabled in the game settings as it is OFF by default. |

One second... isn't BUTTON3 on mmancp2u (Power Battle) and megaman2 (Power Fighters) (and by extension, megaman - the CPS1 version of Power Battle) used to change weapon? That button is used after defeating a Robot Master and getting their weapon (in megaman2, you also must pick up the blue sphere in time to use special weapon). |

I'm answering the 6 points of this report: 1 and 2) Megaman 2 That is not true. Megaman 2 has a third button to change weapon. (I'm attaching its control panel) 3) Mighty Pang It can be seen in the input test 4) Puzz Loop 2 Might be normal behaviour 5) Dimahoo That is true (I'm attaching its control panel) 6) Progear That is true. Not a mistery anyway. It can be checked in the test menu of the game. I guess this report could be closed. |
