Description Sprite-background priority isn't correct. (see intro screen of Devil World)

Additional Information Updated in 0.133u2:
In-game priority problem has been fixed by hap.
Minor problem still remains in the prologue scene.

This can be fixed using the same VIDEO_UPDATE of Vulcan/Gradius 2:

bg layer, sprites, bg layer, fg layer.

for devilw the bug is not resolved
the second level is wrong; we can't see the girl over the grass

edit:
probably there's a bit to select the layer order

The intro screen is fixed now; someone who knows what the game should look like on real hardware needs to check the rest of it.
