Summary | 00131: mtrap: PCB has some differences from current sound emulation. | ||||
Description |
I have attached a recording I made nearly 12 years ago from the Mouse Trap arcade machine. Recently cleaning out some old files I had, I noticed upon comparing some differences from current emulation including: - samples playing too fast in MAME - game over fanfare loops/plays too quickly as well (related?) There might be more odd/subtle differences, but since the recording was from a cassette and at a lower bit rate, there might be some high ends we are not hearing. Overall, it has most if not all of the game sounds/music. Hopefully this can help narrow down and further authenticate the audio for Exidy games! |
