Summary | 01043: m79amb: There's considerable difficulty in aiming in the game.
Description | I noticed there's considerable difficulty in aiming in the game. It has never had one, but it should probably be given an aiming cursor, as was given other games, like blueshrk.

Unfortunately there is more involved then just adding a crosshair. The original game used 2 fixed position guns. They did not track linearly due to being offset from center. So if a crosshair was added, it would not follow the shot position. There is no current way for MAME to handle non-linear gun tracking. There are other games with this problem. Jurassic Park and Laser Ghost are two other games with this problem IIRC. |
